SIMEONE EXPECTS THE ITALIANS TO ATTACK FROM THE START

"The Juve match is a final, just like all the ones following"

The red and white coach admitted before the media that he has a lot of respect for Juventus, but trusts the team's chances to play a match that will make them deliver their best.

Diego Pablo Simeone appeared in a press conference prior to the UEFA Champions League duel against Juventus. "It's a final, just like the one against Valencia and consequently the match against Espanyol", he commented. He also revealed that "Moyá plays tomorrow".

"Juventus is a team that has always worked very well. The teams they've assembled have always been very competitive. It's difficult to find errors in the present Juve. They have defensive power, fast defenders, good work in the midfield. They'll demand a maximum level game so we can to take the match where we want", he indicated.

The red and white coach acknowledged that he has "great respect and great admiration for the united work that Juve have had these years. They always have great champions in their ranks", he pointed out.

"Juve is a team that likes to pressure up front and create open spaces where Tévez, Morata, and Llorente work very well. The names do not speak of a counterattack team, they are comfortable being near the box and try to be as close as possible to our box and we'll try to avoid that", he expressed.

Simeone also had a few words for his fellow countryman Carlos Tévez, a dangerous striker who must be pressured and guarded at all times. "Tévez is an extraordinary player. The closer he is to the goal, the better he performs. You cannot let him think or receive", he explained.
