Simeone celebrated his 200th match in LaLiga with a win

Diego Pablo Simeone continues reaching milestones as Atlético’s manager. In his 302nd match coaching, since he made his debut in January of 2012, he won an important victory that, in addition, made him reach 200 matches as the red and white manager in LaLiga. A round figure he could celebrate with a win against Valencia.
Simeone accumulates 200 LaLiga matches, of which 126 ended with a win, 40 were tied and 34 lost. The team scored 350 goals and conceded 145. In the total of 302 matches coaching Atlético, the manager won 188 games, tied 62 and lost 52. He is the second coach to manage more games in Atlético de Madrid, only surpassed by Luis Aragonés, with 612 games.
