Diego Pablo Simeone keeps on writing history. Last week, he became our most successful coach ever with seven trophies.Following tonight’s match in our league opener at Mestalla against Valencia, he’s coached our side for eight consecutive seasons and surpassed Ricardo Zamora’s record of seven during 1939-1946.
Following our draw in Mestalla, Simeone has coached our team to success 158 times in LaLiga in just 251 matches (53 draws and 40 losses). All in all, he has 62.9 percent win rate in LaLiga.
