Quique Sánchez Flores releases the list of 19 players for the friendly against Alcorcón

César, Sergio Marcos and Vítor, from the reserve squad, round out the group

Quique Sánchez Flores released the squad list for the friendly match against Alcorcón that will bring an end to the 2010-11 season. At the end of the last training session, the ‘rojiblanco’ squad shared a few moments together with a barbeque held at the Sports Complex in Majadahonda.

The match will be played on Tuesday, May 24 at Estadio Santo Domingo in Alcorcón at 21:00. The ‘rojiblanco’ manager had to call up three players from the reserves to complete the roster, as he has several absences for this friendly. On the one hand, there are several South American internationals on holiday as they get ready to play in the Copa America, such as Agüero, Godín, Forlán, Elías and Perea. Additionally, Koke, with the Under-19s, will also miss the game in Alcorcón. Reyes will also be out with problems in his foot, Domínguez will miss the game as he continues to recover from the vertigo problems that kept him from traveling to Mallorca, and Diego Costa will be absent with the Club’s permission.

The 19-player squad list is formed by the following players:

Goalkeepers: De Gea and Joel.

Defenders: Valera, Antonio López, Filipe Luis, Ujfalusi, Pulido and César Ortiz.

Midfielders:
Mario Suárez, Tiago, Raúl García, Fran Mérida, Assunçao, Juanfran and Sergio Marcos.

Strikers:
Borja González, Vítor, Alberto Perea and Noguera.
