Quique S. Flores calls up 18 players to take on Guardiola’s Barça
M. Suárez, R. García and Perea, out against the Catalans
Atlético de Madrid trained on the morning of Friday 4 February behind closed doors at the Majadahonda facilities. The ‘rojiblanco’ squad held its final training session before travelling to Barcelona. The practice lasted a little over 90 minutes and, afterwards, the players headed to their homes to rest for a few hours. The ‘rojiblanco’ squad will travel to the Catalan city on the AVE high-speed train, leaving from Atocha station at 6 pm.
Upon the conclusion of the training, Quique Sánchez Flores released the squad list that will try to defeat Barcelona. Perea, through suspension, and Mario Suárez and Raúl García, out injured, were dropped from the list.
