WE BEGIN THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST MÁLAGA AT THE RIYADH AIR METROPOLITANO

Our 2026/27 league fixture list has been confirmed

We will begin our 2026/27 LALIGA EA SPORTS campaign at home to Málaga CF on the weekend of 16 August before wrapping up the season away to Real Betis at the Estadio de La Cartuja on 30 May.

Madrid's Plaza de Colón hosted the Royal Spanish Football Federation's fixture announcement on Tuesday 30 June. As in recent seasons, the calendar remains asymmetrical, meaning the order of fixtures in the second half of the campaign will not mirror those in the first.

The new league season gets underway on the weekend of 15–16 August and ends on 29–30 May. Atlético de Madrid will open their campaign against Málaga CF at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano before ending it away to Real Betis at the Estadio de La Cartuja.

The first Madrid derby will take place on 20 September (matchday 7), when Real Madrid visit the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. We will visit Estadio de Vallecas on 3 January (matchday 18) and Estadio Santiago Bernabéu on 4 April (matchday 30). Rayo Vallecano will visit the Metropolitano on 16 May (matchday 36).

The final match of the first half of the first half of the season will be played on the weekend of 10 January (matchday 19), when newly promoted Racing Santander visit the Riyadh Air Metropolitano.

As for the meetings with Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid will host Hansi Flick's side on the weekend of 8 November (matchday 12) before travelling to the Spotify Camp Nou on the weekend of 7 February (matchday 23).

LaLiga will feature two midweek rounds of fixtures during the campaign: a home match against Osasuna on 16 September and an away trip to Villarreal on 22 April. The league's winter break will run from 20 December to 3 January.

The competition will also pause on three occasions for FIFA international windows: from 21 September to 6 October, from 9 to 17 November and from 22 to 30 March. A fourth international window, from 7 to 15 June, will take place after the domestic season has concluded.
