Oblak shortlisted for 2019/20 Champions League best goalkeeper
The Slovenian is one of the three goalkeepers nominated for the European competition’s positional awards.
Jan Oblak has been shortlisted for best goalkeeper in the 2019/20 Champions League positional awards. The Slovenian will be up against fellow shotstoppers Keylor Navas (Paris Saint-Germain) and Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich).
The 27-year-old put in several strong performances during the last edition of the Champions League, such as the one at Anfield and his double save at Lokomotiv Moscow.
The winners are to be announced during the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League group stage draw in Nyon, Switzerland on Oct. 1.
