Our team travels to Cádiz to play against Cádiz CF in the historic Trofeo Carranza.
A new challenge for our team in their race towards the 22/23 season. The Red & Whites will face Cádiz in a new edition of Trofeo Carranza, which will take place this Thursday 4 August at 9pm.
The team travels to the Andalusian city to face its third pre-season test after the games against Numancia and Manchester United. In this way, Atleti will once again play a classic of the Red & White pre-seasons since we made our debut in 1961. Our team is the club with the most 'Trofeo Carranzas' in its trophy cabinet, with a total of 10, one more than its nearest rival, Cádiz. The editions we have won are those of 1968, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1978, 1991, 1995, 1997, 1997, 2003, 2014 and 2015.
