More than 300 boys and girls have signed up for tryouts at our Miami Academy
Tryouts took place on August 1, 2, 8 and 9 at Kendall Soccer Park and Soccer Planet USA.
The Atlético de Madrid Academy in Miami kicked off with tryouts for the 2020/21 season. Between August 24 and 28, Fort Lauderdale Beach hosted the pre-season, where all teams have been established.
The squads have been designed selecting the best talents from more than 300 applications. Tryouts went on from 18:00 until 19:15 in blocks of 75 minutes.
The Atlético de Madrid Academy in Miami aims to become one of the best comprehensive training centers in the region, while educating in values, discipline and following our club’s method. Soccer is a powerful vehicle for education and our experienced technical staff will train young soccer players in key values that run deep in Atlético de Madrid’s philosophy such as team work, effort, sacrifice, determination, solidarity, integrity and the spirit of overcoming.
The Miami Academy is ready to start and features an extensive array of sanitary protocols and measures, respecting all instructions received by local authorities. The season kicks off on Thursday, September 3rd at Soccer Planet USA. Sessions will last 90 minutes each, and activity will run from 17:00 until 21:00, featuring boys and girls from 5 up to 18 years old.
