Miranda: "We're only thinking about the match against Celta"
Atlético's centre-back recognised that the team is only thinking about the match against the Galician team.
Joao Miranda appeared at the press conference and announced that the visit to Balaídos this Sunday (21:00) is the the only fixture on the minds of the red and white team: "Out next rival is Celta, a great adversary. We need to keep on this path, win and earn the three points."
Despite the triumph at the derby, the team has continued with their regular work routine: "If you see us practice, it seems as if we lost. We're going to work and maintain the intensity because to win matches, we need to be intense. We need to play from the first minute to the last."
The Brazilian centre-back has also praised the good performances of his teammate Giménez in the centre of the back line: "Competition is good for the group. It helps and makes us grow. José, Godín and I are all working to do things right so our team wins."
