Lucas Hernandez, Thomas Lemar, Stefan Savic, Koke and Diego Costa received the medical green light following Friday's training session and have been declared fit to play in the next day's match against FC Barcelona.
Both Frenchmen had sustained muscle injuries to their thighs, whereas Koke had suffered a muscle edema, Savic had sustained a muscle bruise in the same part of the leg that had been injured the previous month and Costa had suffered a foot injury.
All five players will be at Simeone's disposal for Saturday's LaLiga clash against FC Barcelona at the Wanda Metropolitano.
