Thomas Lemar underwent surgery on Monday 18 September for a ruptured right Achilles tendon sustained in the match against Valencia at Mestalla.
The medical report issued by the club's medical services states that the surgery was carried out without incident and according to plan. He will soon begin the rehabilitation and functional readaptation process.
