Koke makes the national squad for the game against Ecuador
The national team will travel to Ecuador on Wednesday August 14. He says it's a dream and welcomes the opportunity give by Del Bosque and trust shown in him by Simeone.
The trajectory of Jorge Resurrección Merodio, Koke, continues to climb. The Madrid player is still moving through the stages in his career and now he’s received the call from the Spanish national team that Vicente Del Bosque has named for the game on Wednesday 14th August in the Ecuadorian town Guayaquil starting at 22.00 on the Iberian Peninsula.
After being crowned champions of Europe with the Under 21s in Israel earlier this summer, where he was a regular fixture for coach Julen Lopetegui, the red and white youth has made the list of 20 called up by the coach for the next meeting for the Spanish national side. Koke along with five other Atletico players will go away with their team. Courtois goes with Belgium to face France, Godin and Cristian Rodriguez will play with Uruguay in Japan, Arda, with Turkey against Uzbekistan and Bono that will go with the Moroccan team for the friendly against Burkina Faso in Tangier.
