Koke equals Gabi as 7th player with most games in Atleti history

Koke on Sunday equalled Gabi as the seventh player with the most official games in Atlético de Madrid’s history. The match against Leganés was our captain’s 417th with our first team.
The 27-year-old is now just eight games away from our top 5, which currently belongs to our legend Isacio Calleja (425). A product of our Academy, Koke made his first team debut on Sep. 19, 2009 at the Camp Nou, and since then has scored 40 goals and provided 97 assists. The Spaniard has so far won two Europa Leagues (2012 and 2018), two UEFA Super Cups (2012 and 2018), one Copa del Rey (2013), one LaLiga (2014) and one Spanish Super Cup (2014).
