LAS PALMAS - ATLETI

In search of a seventh consecutive LaLiga win

Our team travels to Gran Canaria to face Las Palmas in the game corresponding to matchday 12 of LaLiga that will take place this Friday starting at 9pm.

This Friday 3 November, Simeone's men will visit Las Palmas from 9pm at the Gran Canaria stadium. The referee in charge of the match will be Mario Melero López, who will be assisted by Santiago Jaime Latre from the VOR.

Our men will face the Pío-Pío side with the aim of extending their streak of six consecutive wins in LaLiga. For their part, the team coached by Francisco Javier García Pimienta will be looking for another win after beating Almería away (1-2). The Canaries are in 10th place in the table with 14 points.

The direct confrontation against Las Palmas has been positive for our club with 33 wins, 17 draws and 14 defeats in 64 matches played in the domestic cpmpetition. Under Diego Pablo Simeone, our team has never been defeated in the six matches played in LaLiga against UD Las Palmas with a balance of six wins, 18 goals scored and only one conceded.

The closest precedent against them at theis stadium took place during the 17-18 season. That match ended in a 1-5 win for our side thanks to goals from Correa, Carrasco, Thomas and a brace from Koke.
