Important league match against Celta de Vigo
Atlético de Madrid will face Celta de Vigo in Estadio Balaídos at 6:30 p.m. CET.
This Saturday, our lads will face Celta de Vigo in the matchday 3 of LaLiga in Balaídos.
After our win against Rayo Vallecano in our home opener, our team will play on 1 September our second LaLiga away match in the stadium ABANCA-Balaídos against Real Celta de Vigo at 6:30 p.m. CET.
Both clubs arrive at this matchday 3 with the same results: a draw in the first match and a win in the second one. Antonio Miguel Mateu Lahoz will officiate the match in Balaídos.
We’ve faced Celta 100 times in the league. We’ve won 61 of those matches, drawn 17 and lost 22.
We´ve beaten Celta in our last six league matches and haven´t conceded in five of those. However, this will be the first time we face Celta with Antonio Mohamed as their coach. Simeone has known Mohamed all his life and expects a beautiful match.
