Hyundai and Atlético de Madrid renew their sponsorship deal

The Club and the Korean multinational company have renewed their contract, which began in 2018. As part of this agreement, the car manufacturer has become the Club’s official Mobility Partner.

 Hyundai and Atlético de Madrid have renewed their sponsorship deal, which began back in 2018, extending it until 2027. Furthermore, the Korean company has become our official Mobility Partner in a new model, focused on protecting the environment.

As such, Hyundai will provide the Men’s and Women’s First Teams and the coaching and operational staff with a fleet of 100% electric and hybrid vehicles. The Korean multinational company will also be given visibility in key spaces at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, such as electric vehicle charging points. In addition, this collaboration will also include experiences and fan activations that connect our supporters with a lifestyle that is more respectful of our surroundings. We will also run joint initiatives with our Academy and talks in schools to promote more sustainable mobility.

Furthermore, part of the agreement sets out that the Hyundai logo will continue to appear on the training kits worn by our Men’s and Women’s First Teams.

Meanwhile, the Club’s Chief Revenue and Operations Officer Óscar Mayo said, “We’re happy and proud to be continuing this seven-year journey with Hyundai at our side. This agreement is a step forward for us towards more responsible and sustainable mobility.”
