Antoine Griezmann spoke to the press after Atlético de Madrid’s epic win against Real Sociedad.
“I think the most important thing is that this win will give us confidence,” he said.
Atlético started losing after Willian José converted a penalty in the first half, but managed to score twice in the second half to win the match.
“It was tough for us in the beginning, but Simeone gave us a good speech during halftime to motivate us,” Griezmann said. “We had clear chances and the ball didn’t want to go in. But thanks to the fans’ support and everyone’s hard work, we got the win.”
