What a night in the Wanda Metropolitano. Antoine Griezmann scored four goals to give our side the win against Leganés.
Scoring three against Sevilla on the weekend wasn’t enough for our French striker and he wanted more. His first goal came in the 26th minute and just 10 minutes earlier, he sent a free kick to the crossbar. In the 35th minute, he had another chance to score from a free kick and this time it happened and the crowd in the Wanda Metropolitano went wild.
In the second half, our side kept dominating and Griezmann scored two more goals to make the score 4-0. Our hat-trick hero from Sunday did it again today and gave our side a crucial win to keep us on Barcelona's tail.
Vitolo, Fernando Torres and Kevin Gameiro came on in the second half and helped our team continue creating opportunities. However, Leganés defended well and the match ended 4-0.
