Going for the last game of the season
This Saturday 25th May, from 4:15pm CET, we will play the last matchday of LALIGA at the Reale Arena against Real Sociedad.
The 23/24 season will come to an end this Saturday, 25 May, when we take on Real Sociedad at the Reale Arena. Sánchez Martínez will be the referee in charge of the match and will be assisted by Gil Manzano from the VAR.
The team coached by Simeone faces this challenge with an assured fourth position, without the option of reaching the third, but with our presence in the next edition of the UEFA Champions League guaranteed. Last matchday, Osasuna won at the Cívitas Metropolitano in a game in which Morata's goal from Samu Lino's pass was not enough to earn a point.
For their part, Real Sociedad took all three points at the Benito Villamarín thanks to goals from Brais Méndez and Mikel Merino. That win sealed their presence in next season's Europa League by securing sixth place in the standings.
