Diego Godín on Sunday surpassed Luis Aragonés as the tenth player with the most official games in Atleti history. The Uruguayan, who made his debut in the 2010 Spanish Super Cup, has played 371 matches for our club.
In the eight and a half years at our club, Godín has been instrumental to our successes. Our captain has won eight titles: three UEFA Super Cups, two Europa Leagues, one Copa del Rey, one LaLiga, and one Spanish Super Cup.
