Giménez: "We try to be good as a team so we continue winning"
Atlético’s players emphasised before the media that the win against Málaga reinforces the game idea of the team.
Raúl Jiménez and José María Giménez appeared in the mixed zone to stress the importance of the victory earned at the Vicente Calderón against Málaga.
Jose Maria highlighted that the team seeks to win at all the stadiums he goes to, although the support of our fans always makes things easier. "At home we become very strong, we try to work well. We pressure in all the games, not only at home, but also away. We try to be good as a team so that we continue to win," he said.
For his part, Raúl Jiménez wanted to highlight that as matches go by, he feels more adapted to the team’s structure. "I felt very well thanks to all that trust that Simeone and all my colleagues have given me. I am more connected to the team on he field, and to top it off it would have been great to score a goal, but it couldn’t be today and we must look forward thinking about what's coming," he pointed out.
