Gameiro: "I'm very happy to help the team"
Gameiro spoke to the press, after scoring the only goal of the afternoon.
Kevin Gameiro spoke to beIN LaLiga, after the final whistle in Balaídos.
“I’m very happy to help the team and to score goals,” he said. “It wasn’t our best game of the season, but we won.”
It was the fourth LaLiga match this season where Jan Oblak was able to keep a clean sheet and Gameiro praised the team’s defence.
“Being strong in the back is our strength,” he continued. “Although, we should keep working hard to create more scoring opportunities.”
