First duel of the pre-season!

Atlético will play against Toluca the match that will commemorate the 100 years of history of the Mexican team. After two weeks of training in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, our team faces its first game of the pre-season against the Red Devils after travelling to Mexico to play the match.
Toluca has just begun the tournament that opens the Liga MX, of which only a match has been played. The Mexican team managed a goalless draw in the fixture played three days ago against the country’s current champion: Chivas.
Simeone has travelled with 24 footballers for the game in Mexico that will be played at 20:00, local time (03:00 CET).
It will not be the first time that our team visits this field. Nine years ago, in 2008, Atlético played Toluca in a match that finished with a 1-1. Back then, it was to celebrate the 91st anniversary of the club’s creation.
