Fernando Torres: "The match is the one against Espanyol"

Fernando Torres answered the media after the inauguration of the ATM Dental Clinic and reviewed Atlético's news: “We are reminded every day, at each training and at every minute that the match is the one against Espanyol. We all know what comes afterwards and how important it is, but if we win Espanyol, we're going to go further up on the table and will face the next match with more confidence."
Torres stressed the importance of winning against Espanyol to continue fighting for the objectives: “Atlético is going to win every match, that's why you have to look upwards. If you look backwards, the ones behind you will be closer. If you look up, the ones behind will be further away. It's something this team has always done.”
Fernando Torres also spoke about his current shape: “I'm happy of being at home, happy to be back, of contributing to the team what the coach asks of me and looking forward to enjoying the sporting successes. And that involves winning every Sunday.”
