REAL MADRID VS ATLÉTICO DE MADRID

Derbi at the Bernabéu

We take on Real Madrid on matchday 29 of LALIGA EASPORTS at 21:00 CET on Sunday.

Sunday is Derby day in Madrid, as we head to the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu to take on Real Madrid (21:00 CET kick-off). We go into the game Álvaro Arbeloa’s men after securing a UEFA Champions League quarter-final berth (in which we will take on Barcelona) in London on Wednesday.

Our last league meeting with Real Madrid was at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano back in September, when Simeone’s side claimed victory in a 5-2 thriller thanks to goals from Robin Le Normand, Alexander Sørloth, Julián Alvarez (brace), and Antoine Griezmann. In January, we took on our local rivals in Jeddad in the Supercopa de España, in which we lost 2-1 (Sørloth with the goal for the Rojiblancos).

In our last league game, we beat Getafe by a goal to nil at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano thanks to Nahuel Molina. Real Madrid beat Manchester City away in England in midweek; Vínicius Jr scored a brace to win it. Last time out in LALIGA, they hosted Elche and beat them thanks to goals by Antonio Rüdiger, Federico Valverde, Dean Huijsen, and Arda Güler.
