Correa: “We’re happy to be for the fourth year among the best eight”
Correa, Griezmann, Oblak and Thomas were in charge of addressing the media after the match against Bayer Leverkusen.
Correa said: "We are all very happy to be for the fourth year in a row among Europe’s best eight teams."
The Frenchman noted: "It seems easy but in the end, there are many games in a year, you have to give your all and demonstrate that we are a strong team."
Oblak stressed: "The feelings are very good. For the fourth consecutive year, Atlético de Madrid is in the quarter-finals and that is very important for the club and for us."
Thomas Teye Partey commented: "We are happy to advance to the quarter-finals for the fourth year in a row."
