Great win against Athletic Club
Two second-half goals gave our side the win.
Our side beat Athletic Club in the Wanda Metropolitano thanks to Kevin Gameiro and Diego Costa's second-half goals.
The match was an intense one and our side completely dominated possession and chances. In the first half, we continuously created opportunities but couldn't finalize.
In the second half, things began to click and the goals came. Gameiro, who came on for Koke, scored the first of the afternoon following a great play. In the 80th minute, Costa scored the second and secured the three points for Atleti.
Our next match will be on Thursday at 7 p.m. CET against FC Copenhagen in the Wanda Metropolitano.
