San Román, Dos Santos, Solano, Aitor, Montero, Tachi, Manny, Carlos Isaac, Toni Moya, Mikel Carro, Olabe, Joaquín, Mollejo, Óscar, Camello, Borja Garcés and Cedric have been taking part of our preseason.
Sixteen players from our youth system are taking part of our preseason. San Román, Dos Santos, Solano, Aitor, Montero, Tachi, Manny, Carlos Isaac, Toni Moya, Mikel Carro, Olabe, Joaquín, Mollejo, Óscar, Camello, Borja Garcés and Cedric have been training with the first team since 11 July and are giving their all to show Diego Pablo Simeone what they've got.
The goalkeepers San Román and Álex dos Santos have been training with Oblak and Adán. San Román is the starting goalkeeper for Atlético de Madrid B, while dos Santos was the starting keeper last season for the Juvenil A, which won a historic treble.
On the other hand, Solano, Tachi, Carlos Isaac, Toni Moya and Roberto Olabe all played for Atlético B last season. Due to their good attitude and hard work, Carlos Isaac, Moya and Olabe all made their senior debuts for the first team last season. Solano and Tachi also had minutes with the first team, but in friendly matches. New Atlético de Madrid B signing Óscar García ‘Pinchi' is also taking part in preseason.
Aitor Puñal, Montero, Mikel Carro and Joaquín Muñoz are all from our treble winning Juvenil A team. They made history last season and helped our team win our first-ever treble. Borja Garcés, who started the season in Atlético de Madrid Juvenil DH and ended it with the Juvenil A, is a fierce striker who is also training with the team.
Lastly, the youngsters Víctor Mollejo, Sergio Camello and Cedric from the league-winning Atlético Madrileño are also working hard to earn the boss's trust.
