Brighton & Hove Albion will be our rival in the preseason
The team that just got promoted to the Premier League will play against us after our participation in the Audi Cup.
The Atlético de Madrid will travel to Brighton to play a pre-season match against the Brighton & Hove Albion after participating in the Audi Cup on August 1-2. The friendly match will be celebrated at the Falmer Stadium, also known as Amex Stadium, on Sunday, August 6th 16:00 local time (CET 17:00).
This will be the last game of Chris Hughton's team before starting their journey in the Premier League. After 34 years of absence, they just got promoted by winning the second place of the Championship with just one point less than the Newcastle. The tickets for the game, that have been generated a great interest in the British town, are now on sale.
