Atlético shows its support to Baku 2015
The first edition of the European Games starts in the capital of Azerbaijan this Friday, the 12th of June. 6.200 athletes will participate in this great competition.
Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, has everything ready to host the I European Games from this Friday the 12th to the 28th of June. Up to 6.200 athletes will travel there to participate in a great competition with 20 sports, 12 of them will offer qualification opportunities for the coming 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
Our first team wore the Baku 2015 logo in the red and white shirts and now, a few hours from rising the curtain of the completion with the traditional inaugural ceremony, Diego Pablo Simeone and a representation of the Atlético players have wanted to show all their support and send their best wishes in their respective languages to the organisation with a video launched through the official web and social media of the European Games.
