A difficult match awaits in the Wanda Metropolitano. At 4:15 p.m. CET, our side will host Levante. However, the party will start much earlier as the first-ever Children’s Day in the Wanda Metropolitano will take place.
Levante haven’t lost a match since 1 March and have since then won three matches and drawn another two. Thanks to that nice run of form, they’ve distanced themselves from the relegation zone.
Our side is coming into today’s match in fine form as well. Last weekend, we drew with Real Madrid in the Santiago Bernabéu and on Thursday, qualified for the UEFA Europa League semifinals after eliminating Sporting CP.
Levante aren’t safe from the drop yet and Diego Pablo Simeone knows they’ll present a fine challenge in the Wanda Metropolitano.
"Levante have been having a great season, since the arrival of their new coach. With him, they’ve been competing well and getting good results," he said. "They’re surely very close to saving themselves [from relegation]."
