Atleti host Granada in 2020/21 LaLiga debut!

Our team looks to secure qualification for the Champions League for the ninth consecutive season in what promises to be an exciting season. The European competition is the reason why our team starts the league on matchday 3. We’ll be up against Granada, who we last faced on Feb. 8. That day, we won 1-0 thanks to a Correa goal.
Diego Martínez’s side are currently top of the LaLiga standings, having won both their games against Athletic Club (2-0) and Deportivo Alavés (2-1). Moreover, they also beat Albanian team Teuta Durrës 4-0 in the Europa League. Granada completed their best ever season in 2019/20 and qualified for the European competition for the first time. They also reached the Copa del Rey semifinals.
