MATCH PREVIEW | LEVANTE – ATLETI

Atleti gear up for demanding game at Levante

Our team travels to Levante for LaLiga Matchday 31. The game is to be played at 7.30 pm CET on Tuesday.

Atleti gear up for a new LaLiga challenge on Tuesday following our back to back wins against Osasuna and Valladolid. Our team travels to Levante’s La Nucía for a demanding match that is to be played at 7.30 pm CET.

Simeone’s men have picked up seven out of a possible nine points since the return of LaLiga. Moreover, thanks to our win against Valladolid at the weekend, we’ve climbed to third position in the standings. Atleti, who are unbeaten in the last eight matches, will look to keep the positive streak going against Paco López’s side.

Levante will be a tough challenge, though. They beat Espanyol 3-1 away in their last game and are currently 11th in LaLiga with 38 points. The Valencian club have a fantastic home record in the competition, having picked up 25 points at their stadium. When they last played at La Nucía, they drew 1-1 against Sevilla.

Earlier this season, both sides met at the Wanda Metropolitano, where we earned a 2-1 win on Jan. 4 thanks to the goals from Ángel Correa and Felipe. Roger got the goal for the visitors.
