Our team earned an important 2-0 win against Real Sociedad at the Wanda Metropolitano on Saturday. Godín and Filipe Luis scored the goals to give the team the three points on Fan Club Celebration Day.

Our team played an excellent first half, in which they created many chances and conceded almost none. Players like Correa, Griezmann and Saúl all had shots on goal, but the only thing missing was accuracy. It was an intense, attacking display by our boys, but it seemed that we would reach half-time without scoring any goals... Until Godín put us in the lead in the 45th minute. Our captain scored following a great play by Correa, and so we went back to the changing room 1-0 up.
Lucas Hernandez made way for Filipe Luis at the start of the second half. The Frenchman was substituted due to muscle pain. The Brazilian had no intention of being quiet tonight, and 15 minutes after coming on he scored a beautiful goal. Our left-back curled it into the top left-hand corner to give us a two-goal lead.
Costa had a good chance shortly thereafter, but his shot was saved by Moyá following a good play by our striker.
Our team controlled the rest of the game and had a few chances to score the third, but the match ended 2-0, and thus our team earned a very important win on Fan Club Celebration Day.
