Arthur Vermeeren joins RB Leipzig on a permanent deal
The Belgian international had joined the Bundesliga side on loan last summer as part of a deal including a purchase option that has now been exercised.
In August 2024, Atlético de Madrid and RB Leipzig reached an agreement under which Arthur Vermeeren would join the Bundesliga team on loan, which included the possibility of a permanent transfer.
Having met the conditions agreed upon by both parties, the purchase option has been activated, and the player, who joined our club during last winter’s transfer window, has now been permanently transferred to RB Leipzig.
Atlético de Madrid wish Arthur Vermeeren every success in his future both on and off the field.
