Agreement with River Plate over the transfer of Almada
The Argentine player will continue his career with Bonaerense side after having played for us for one season.
Atlético de Madrid and River Plate have reached an agreement over the transfer of Thiago Almada to the Bonaerense side.
Thus ends the Argentine footballer’s spell at our club, which he joined last summer. In his only season as a Rojiblanco, Almada played 40 matches – scoring four goals and providing two assists.
Atlético de Madrid wishes him the very best of luck in his future professional and personal endeavours.
