Agreement with Aston Villa over the transfer of Ruggeri
The Italian left-back will continue his career with the English side.
Atlético de Madrid and Aston Villa have reached an agreement over the transfer of Matteo Ruggeri to the English side.
The Italian left-back joined our club last summer from Atalanta. In his only season at Atleti, Ruggeri made 47 appearances and provided seven assists.
Atlético de Madrid wishes him the best of luck in this next step in his career.
