A great night of football awaits
Our team host Bayern München this Tuesday, 3 November, at 21:00 CET at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in their matchday four fixture in the Champions League. A top-level European clash that promises a fantastic night of football and an incredible atmosphere in the stands at our stadium.
The big European nights are back at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. This Tuesday, 3 November, our team will face Bayern in the latest round of Champions League action, with kick-off scheduled for 21:00 CET. It is a heavyweight encounter against the current Bundesliga leaders and reigning German champions.
Our team head into the match after beating Levante UD 2-0 in the league, while the German side arrive following a 2-2 draw against Borussia Dortmund. Bayern, the reigning Bundesliga champions and current league leaders, boast a host of world-class stars, including Harry Kane, the latest Ballon d'Or winner. The England striker is in outstanding form and has scored in each of his last ten Champions League appearances for the Munich club.
The only previous meeting between the two sides at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano ended in a 1-1 draw in November 2020. Now, another European chapter awaits us at our home ground.
We will be looking to claim three important points and climb the standings. Bayern currently sit 14th with five points, having drawn their last two matches in the competition: 3-3 against Viking and 2-2 against Arsenal. Diego Pablo Simeone’s side, meanwhile, have four points and occupy 16th place. We head into matchday four after drawing 1-1 away to Stuttgart.
An exciting week awaits us at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, with two major nights of football to enjoy at home alongside our fans. First, this Tuesday, we welcome Bayern for another fixture in Europe’s premier club competition. Then, on Sunday, it will be time to face FC Barcelona in LaLiga. Two top-level matches, two major challenges and one shared ambition.
