21/22 Champions League kicks off at the Wanda Metropolitano

A new Champions League campaign kicks off at the Wanda Metropolitano as Atleti host FC Porto at 9pm CET on Wednesday.
Apart from the Portuguese side, Simeone’s men will face Liverpool and AC Milan in the group stage. Our team is excited about the European competition and is feeling confident following our epic last-minute win at Espanyol on Sunday.
FC Porto are currently fourth in the Portuguese league with 11 points. Sérgio Conceição’s side are unbeaten so far, having picked up three wins and two draws. In the previous edition of the Champions League, they reached the quarterfinals, where they narrowly lost (2-1) against Chelsea – who would go on to win the competition.
