2022/23 pre-season to kick off on July 10!

The 2022/23 season is nearly upon us and our team wants to get ready for it in the best possible manner. Our preseason officially begins on 10 July, when our players return to Madrid for their fitness check-ups. We will start at the Wanda Atlético de Madrid Traning Complex and the next day, we will continue in Los Ángeles de San Rafael. After two weeks of training sessions, the lads will begin playing friendly matches to be able to start the season in great shape.
At the moment, we're going to play three friendly matches. We'll kick off our friendlies with the Jesús Gil y Gil Memorial game in Burgo de Osma, Soria on 27 July. The match will kick-off at 7:00pm CET. It will be the ninth edition of the Jesús Gil y Gil Memorial that our first team will play in Soria, where we will pay tribute to the man who was the Red & White president between 1987 and 2003.
After this game, our team will travel to Norway to face Manchester United at the Ullevaal Stadion, on 30 July at 1.45pm CET.
The next stop will be Andalusia. We will play the Ramón de Carranza Trophy against Cádiz at their home -the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium- on 4 August at 9pm CET.
