2021/22 pre-season underway!
Our team began pre-season training at the Wanda Atlético de Madrid Training Complex on Wednesday. Our players passed their medicals and started training on the pitch.
Atleti are back! The LaLiga champions started pre-season training on Wednesday at the Wanda Atlético de Madrid Training Complex. Our players got back on the pitch after passing their medicals.
The footballers that have started the pre-season are: Oblak, Grbic, San Román, Cristian, Arias, Ricard, Savic, Marco Moreno, Hermoso, Montero, Manu Sánchez, Riquelme, Kondogbia, Javi Serrano, Saúl, Alberto Moreno, Germán Valera, Marcos Paulo, Mario Soriano, Giuliano, Camello, Saponjic and Borja Garcés. The remaining players will progressively join the team’s training sessions as they return from EURO 2020, the Copa América and their summer holidays.
On Sunday, July 11, we will head to Los Ángeles de San Rafael for a one-week training camp, as is tradition since the 1972/73 season. Our team will stay at the Hotel Tryp Segovia Sierra de Guadarrama.
Our team will work towards the 21/22 LaLiga debut, which will take place on Aug. 15 against Celta.
