Hyundai joins the Atlético’s family

Hyundai will be the club's official sponsor for the next three seasons and its logo will shine on the left sleeve of the first men's and women's team shirt in national competitions.

Hyundai Motor and Atlético de Madrid have closed a sponsorship agreement for the next three seasons. The agreement includes the presence of the Korean company logo on the left sleeve of the first men's and women's team shirt in national competitions until 2021. Our president, Enrique Cerezo, and the Hyundai General Management from Spain, Leopoldo Satrústegui, staged the agreement between both entities with a handshake in an incomparable setting such as the Wanda Metropolitano.

Both managers posed closed to two representative models of Hyundai. Enrique Cerezo gave Leopoldo Satrústegui a commemorative red and white shirt with the Hyundai logo already present on the left sleeve, how the next campaign will look in the official matches of LaLiga, Copa del Rey, Liga Iberdrola and Copa de la Reina.

Afterwards, Enrique Cerezo and Leopoldo Satrústegui valued what this agreement means for Atlético de Madrid and Hyundai. In this case, Hyundai is, for us, a great vehicle to make a great launch and a great season."

On his behalf, the Hyundai General Management from Spain said: "Atlético de Madrid is a team that has values like Hyundai. It is a team that, with work and effort, has managed to get very high. Hyundai is a brand that based on effort and work has also managed to get very high. In a very short time, it has become the fifth manufacturer in the world. And we all know what Atlético de Madrid has achieved in recent years. I think they are two brands that are very connected in upgrowth."
