Ethics and Compliance
At Club Atlético de Madrid we are committed to promoting integrity and transparency as part of our ethical business culture, with the clear conviction that the long-term sustainability of our club can only be achieved by promoting this culture and complying with laws and regulations.
In line with its transparency objectives, the club has created an independent internal area called Compliance Department, which is accountable to the Board of Directors and which is made up of a Compliance Officer and a Ethics & Compliance Manager. This department is in charge of implementing, developing and continuously improving the Compliance Program, which includes the internal policies and regulations rules and the control measures to which all club directors and employees are subject, which allow us to continue aligning to the best practices.
