We now are more than 105,000 Atlético members

The 2016-17 season finished reaching a record figure of members: 102,416. The biggest number of members in the history of our club was divided into 48,441 season pass members and 53,975 non-season pass members. Two months after the end of the previous campaign, the current number of Atlético’s members already surpasses the previous record, and, at this time, this number exceeds 105,000 members.

The spectacular number of members reached by the club is a consequence of a massive renovation, a process that began after the end last campaign. Up to 98% of the members have renewed their membership with Atlético de Madrid, whether as season pass members or as non-season pass members. In addition, more than 6,000 people have joined Atlético’s great family and have become members of the club in the last two months. The increase to 105,000 members has been achieved thanks to the fans who have chosen to have a season pass for the Wanda Metropolitano and do not want to miss the historic moment of inaugurating our new stadium.

More than 53,000 members already have their seat in the Wanda Metropolitano. This figure increases daily due to the fact that the club continues attending to approximately 2,500 people who registered in our web to request an appointment and who have come to Atlético's customer service office in the Vicente Calderón stadium to choose the location of their seat, until there are no more seats left of those destined for members.

From the 5th of July, the club has set up a waiting list for all the fans that are still interested in obtaining a season pass in the Wanda Metropolitano. If a new period opens or some seats become available, the club will call those in the waiting list in the order of registration.

On the other hand, the number of non-season pass members is over 52,500, a figure that will continue growing constantly in the coming weeks, given that, as usual, the admission of new non-season pass members will be kept open during the whole season. The followers who want to obtain their non-season pass membership cards will be able to benefit in the what will be our new home starting in September: an invitation to one LaLiga fixture*, discounts or priority to buy tickets, discount in the club’s stores, etc…
