Diego Pablo Simone took to the stage in Singapore and analyzed our win against Arsenal.
"To face Arsenal, with the quality players they have, isn't easy," he said. "We competed really well."
Our boss praised our youngsters' performances in Singapore.
"I'm happy because lots of lads played. We've been working to integrate them into what this team has been doing for the past seven years, a strong defensive structure," he said. "It makes me so happy because it shows them the jump to First Division isn't as far as they think."
Lastly, Simeone spoke about Rodrigo and Adan's unofficial debuts.
"Rodrigo played well and was in the team's dynamic," he said. "Adán started his career with Atlético in the right way because he was there when the team needed him."
