Miguel Ángel Moyá to join Real Sociedad on a permanent deal

Our club and Real Sociedad have reached an agreement over the transfer of Miguel Ángel Moyá. After four years defending our badge, Moyá will live a new experience in San Sebastian playing for Real Sociedad. Ever since he arrived to our club, the Spaniard became a well-respected player in the dressing room.
Moyá signed for our club in the 2014 summer transfer window and played for our club 67 times (36 in LaLiga, 20 in the Copa del Rey, eight in the Champions League, twice in Spanish Super Cup and once in the Europa League). His first official matches for our club were against Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup. In the return leg, he kept a clean sheet and our side raised the cup after winning 2-1 on aggregate.
Moyá has always been a model professional and everyone at the club wishes him well for his time with Real Sociedad. This will always be your home, Miguel Ángel!
