Kevin Gameiro now wears red and white
The French international was presented this Sunday at the Vicente Calderón stadium as Atlético’s new player.
Kevin Gameiro was presented this Sunday in the VIP room of the Vicente Calderón stadium. Afterwards, the French striker wore the red and white shirt for the first time and stepped out to the pitch of the stadium.
Enrique Cerezo welcomed the new red and white player: "Kevin Gameiro comes to reinforce a strong group in the best moment of his career: after winning three consecutive Europa Leagues and scoring 29 goals last season."
It was then the turn for Kevin Gameiro. The French striker was very happy to be able to sign with our club: "Simeone has proven to me that he wants me in his team. I think I can adapt well." After answering the media, the Frenchman was presented with the red and white shirt by Enrique Cerezo and went down to the pitch to greet the fans.
