Axel Werner to join Huesca on a one-year loan
Our Argentine goalkeeper will join newly promoted SD Huesca on a one-year loan.
Axel Werner will join SD Huesca for the entirety of the 2018/19 season. The Argentine goalkeeper joined our club back in the 2016 summer transfer window from Atlético Rafaela and was immediately loaned out to Boca Juniors.
Last season, 22-year-old Werner was a part of our first team squad and ended up playing three matches. He made his debut for our team in the UEFA Europa League against Lokomotiv Moscow and kept a clean sheet. All in all, he kept two clean sheets in three matches.
