Agreement with Sporting de Braga for the loan of Velázquez

Our club has reached an agreement with Sporting de Braga for the loan of Emiliano Velázquez until 30th June. The Uruguayan defender will play next season in the Portuguese Primeira Liga. The South American defender will try to play minutes to continue his football progression.
Velázquez, who came to Atlético de Madrid in the summer of 2014 from the Danube, has done the pre-season with the first team before becoming the new player of the Portuguese team. He played the two first seasons in Spain in Getafe, where he was loaned, playing 43 official games and scoring 4 goals.
